Advertising and professional rules

The firm practises under the Advocates Act and the rules of the Law Society of Kenya. This site carries no client names, case outcomes, testimonials or comparative claims about other practitioners.

What we collect

If you send a message through the contact form, the firm receives your name, email address, telephone number, the type of matter you selected and what you wrote. That information is used to respond to you and is stored in the firm's own systems. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone outside the firm except where the law requires it.

Do not send confidential documents or sensitive details through the form. Bring them to a consultation instead.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask what personal data the firm holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where the firm is not required to keep it. Write to jmadvocates29@gmail.com or to the office at Kenbanco House, 2nd Floor, Office No. 4, Nairobi.

Cookies
